Ashley Automotive has a new Owner Chris. Chris lied to me numerous times Chris ripped me off and didn't finish the job. I needed a new bumper for my 2013 Toyota Tacoma. My original appointment was Tuesday October 4 at 8AM then called me to reschedule for October 10 at 8AM but literally one hour later 9 am Chris new owner called me and said "we have your new bumper all painted and ready to go, but they (Toyota) gave me the wrong bumper." And had to reschedule to Thursday October 12 8AM.
They are exactly what a shop should be, fair, capable and honest. Thanks!
So I picked up my truck to find out someone scratched my bumper even more.
I'm ashamed that I had any service done with Chris and his staff at Ashley Automotive.
On October 12 Chris and his staff installed the new bumper. I was told I was getting original Toyota parts which included the bumper, new brackets and the plastic caps that cover the bolts on the bumper. but Chris installed an aftermarket bumper on the truck with no plastic caps. The bumper is not complete without the plastic caps.
Pretty much the best auto repair shop around. They don't overcharge for services and always do honest, high quality work. Very trustworthy; recommend to anyone who needs any type of work done to their old/new vehicle, whether they need a restoration or fixing up. :)
