When you go to a bridal shop and the employee sitting on her duff refuses to provide measurements to a customer. Unacceptable. My girlfriend went here looking for a dress and needed measurements beforehand. When asked if they could provide measurements the lazy employee sitting on her duff simply gave a rude/dumb smirk and refused to provide a simple task. Needless to say this location lost our business and will not receive any positive feedback in the future. We just moved to Auburn. Trust me, worth the drive elsewhere.
When it came to choosing my wedding dress the girls were very helpful and kind. But when it came to ordering tuxes from Jims formal wear, which is who they work with and recommend, the tuxes were a disaster. My now husband, three sons and uncle went in for a final fitting because I was told they do in house alterations, the employee was rude when she was told they didn't fit correctly. Grooms arms were so tight and my oldest sons vest barely buttoned it was so small, my uncles was baggy and my brothers was 3 sizes too big. What's the point of a final fitting if you say there's nothing you can do and that's how it's supposed to fit? Two grown men know how suits fit, and those definitely did not. Not worth the money or the time. I think the employees failed at doing there job and Jims formal wear belongs at a thrift store. Davids Bridal is who I would recommend for anyone looking for tuxes and a dress. We will not be doing business in the future.
THE BEST experience I could have ever asked for. They are driven to actually help you find the dress of your dreams- not to make a sale. Hundreds of different dresses in store- not 5 sizes of the same like other stores. Rebecca did an amazing job helping me find the dress I've always wanted within budget.
I went in on a Thursday after work and had the place to myself! The girls there are SO helpful and nice. I found the dress of my dreams and it was an absolute blast.
I love this shop! Everyone was wonderful. The consultant, I forgot her name already, really listened to and pulled exactly what I was looking for. There were a ton of options to choose from! I did not feel pressured at all to purchase my dress, she was very patient. I would 100% recommend this store to any soon-to-be bride!
