I needed a "special order" for my mother-in-law, who was in Bay Regional hospital. I was able to explain what I wanted to Carol, who was courteous, helpful and just plain NICE. She put together three different arrangements (one from each grandchild) and delivered them the same day. She even went above-and-beyond to put a teddy bear on one of the flowers, because the card was signed with out nickname "The Bears". I loved the creativity -- and more importantly, my mother-in-law LOVED the flowers. I got calls from several relatives saying how stunning they were. That's great service!
