The rooms were marginal but they were at least clean. A bit of maintenance might be in order. The manager was amazing and the staff super. All in all, had a satisfying stay
The worst place I have stayed in my life avoid at all costs please stay in your car. Eric the so-called manager is clueless and the rooms are so dirty and filled with bed bugs you will regret every moment spent here
This is by far the worst place I've ever stayed at. The hotel "manager" Eric took a liking to my boyfriend real quick and tried inviting him back to his room in the hotel, when he refused we were told to leave with no refund. What was supposed to be a relaxing night turned in a nitemare. The rooms were very unclean and smelt like mildew.There beds were stained and super dirty. There was dead bugs all over. Honestly for what your paying to stay here it is worth it to drive a little further. God bless.
We spent a weekend at this location. Due to a small mix-up with booking, we were able to stay in a Jr. Jacuzzi Suite, a King Suite, and a King Suite with a Jacuzzi. All of the rooms were very clean, and I was pleased to find not a single bed bug. The staff were accomodating and helpful. To the reviews referencing people or staff living at the hotel, this is certainly possible. However, it is not uncommon for hotels to have long-term rates so I'm not sure why this was an issue. They have a hot continental breakfast on Sat. and Sun. morning consisting of biscuits and gravy, egg patties, sausage patties, waffles, and standard cold breakfast items. Weekday mornings they only have the cold breakfast items which were still pretty good. My only (minor) issue was that the AC unit in the Jr. Suite was rather outdated and made a funky noise after running for a little while. The manager did say they were going to be working on renovations in the next few weeks so I imagine those will be updated with the remodeling. That being said, overall, we really enjoyed our stay here for a price that's pretty difficult to beat. We look forward to many more stays here in the future.
I booked a room with the Crystal Inn because there wasn't much else for fourth of July weekend. Based on the price, I wasn't really expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel is clean and quiet. The air conditioning works well enough to keep us cool, the breakfast had blueberry muffins, and they allowed my dog which is a super bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. the price is phenomenal and the place is clean. :)
